As a Diocesan Group we seek to be a visible sign for Justice and Peace in the Diocese and wider community. We seek to raise awareness of peace and justice issues, and provide a forum and service for all individuals and groups working for Justice and Peace.

Our Aims:

As a Commission we aim to:
• explore and understand issues of justice and peace
• share our concerns with others in the diocese
• undertake practical actions and campaign for change
• understand the issues in the context of our faith and of Catholic Social Teaching
• Celebrate all the good things that are already happening in our Diocese, our parishes and in our schools.

We hope that this website will be:
• a focus for news about upcoming events;
• a forum for the sharing of ideas, views, and campaigns in the service of a more just world,
• a resource for those seeking information and support.
• A link to partner organisations and their newsletters/articles.
